Hello all (I actually do not know who I am talking to when I say that)!
I have not forgotten about this dear fitness blog of mine. How crazy was I to start this blog at the time of my life that I am most busy?! Anyway, all the times I have went to the gym and all the times I have picked up a morsel of food to eat, I have thought about posting it on this blog. It was not until I realized that I do not need to document absolutely everything, just the improvements, lessons learned, recipes and newly found healthy food, and workouts. I do not need to be showing when I eat an orange, or a piece of bread, har har.
The reason I have not posted anything for two weeks is because I was, and still am, warming up to this new lifestyle. I have been going to the gym and I have been trying my hardest to eat healthy, and it is all just sinking in and pushing to be more natural.
Also, I ran three miles the other day and I completely blew out my bad ankle (I broke all three bones in my ankle a couple of years ago, so it acts up every so often) which kind of limits what kind of workouts I do and how active I am. BUT, it does not stop me. I still run as much as I can, until my ankles gives out, and I still work on all the other areas of my body that do not include my lower portions.
Another things I have been trying to do is limit my snacking. I have to pat myself on the back for cutting back on devouring everything I see, but I do admit that every so often I spoil myself with junk. I have also been eating at home more, but I still eat out and order things that make me feel like garbage.
I am improving! I know by the end of this month, I will get myself together and start to lean more towards a healthier lifestyle. I am already looking forward to purchasing a bunch of new goodies to motivate me that the healthy lifestyle can be fun too!
TO BUY:
1. Either the Nike Feul Band of the Bodybugg Link.
2. A new pair of running shoes that are NOT Free Runs. Leaning towards Lunar Glides.
3. More face towels (I do not like sweat dripping from my head).
4. More leggings and sports bras.
5. Contact lenses (running with glasses is such a pain).
